Terms and Conditions

A 50% advance is collected when the order is taken and the outstanding payment is required to be made on a proforma invoice basis.

• Payments outside the UK must be made in full.

• No cancellation is permitted once an order has been confirmed. Full payment will be collected in such a situation.

• The designer remains the owner of the good until the payment and all outstanding debts have been paid in full.

Delivery of orders usually within 6 to 8 weeks unless otherwise discussed.

• Damage or discrepancy must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of goods via email at enquiries@tusheeta.com or phone +44(0)7866760189.

• Designs may vary minimally from those illustrated due to the handmade nature of the pieces.

• The laws of copyright protect all designs.

• All prices include postage and packaging. Goods will be shipped and insured using Royal Mail’s Signed for service.

• Payments can be made via cheque payable to Tusheeta David or via credit or debit card. Please contact tusheeta David for further payment details.

• Credit Card Payment is accepted . Tusheeta David protects our customers information and card details or any other financials details provided shall not be stored by Tusheeta David.
